We have built a solid system of personal information collecting procedure and have ensured that all of our employees are equipped to handle and protect each individual’s personal information. We ensure that our customers’ personal information is kept accurate and up to date. We also strive to safeguard our clients’ personal information from unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration and leakage by conducting strict management of the files under our safekeeping.

The purpose of maintaining customers’ personal information

We utilize the personal information we acquire to correspond via e-mail, to send pertinent materials such as business information or documents.

Prohibition of disclosure and the provision of personal information to a third party

We discreetly manage all acquired personal information in our data base and prohibit third parties from gaining access except in such cases as the following:

• In cases wherein the customer expressly provided consent
• In cases wherein one of our subcontractors needs the information in order to assist us in the service required
• In cases where we are allowed to do as stipulated by laws and regulations

Personal inquiry

All personal inquiries are dealt with utmost discretion and care. Several steps need to be confirmed before an inquiry is entertained. We ensure that the individual concerned is notified properly as to the nature of the inquiry: disclosure, purpose, correction, addition, deletion or termination of services. All inquiries are appropriately responded to and confirmed by our professional team.

We comply with Japanese laws and regulations of handling personal information and shall continuously review and improve our policy.
